Our business model is based on structures of 60 to 100 m2 depending on the sector, with the possibility of opening as a Private Office (Online Agency) to start the activity very quickly and with a reduced investment cost, at the head of a team of 3 to 30 agents and to generate a turnover of more than 600,000 € very quickly.
Tagus Property franchise licences will be limited to 40 in order to ensure a consistent and geographically balanced roll-out of the network.
